Reservations and Pre-Orders

The following terms apply to any reservation placed through this store:

Reservations are not completed sales. A reservation is a $1 refundable deposit that holds your place for a product currently in development. It is not a purchase of a finished product, and it does not guarantee that the product will be produced or delivered.

Pricing is not final. The final retail price of the product has not been set and is subject to change. The reference prices shown on our site are estimates for informational purposes and do not constitute a binding offer. Your reservation entitles you to a 25% discount off the final launch price, whatever that price may be.

Timing is an estimate, not a guarantee. The product is in development. Any timeframes we mention are good-faith estimates and are not promises. We do not currently have a confirmed availability or shipping date.

We may cancel and refund. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation and refund the reservation fee in full at our discretion, including if we decide not to bring the product to production. In the event of cancellation, your sole remedy is a full refund of the $1 reservation fee, and Petlings shall have no further liability to you.
