Shipping Policy

This is a reservation, not a shipped order. Petlings is currently accepting $1 reservations for a product that is in active development. When you reserve, nothing ships yet.

No shipping date is currently set. Because the product is still being finalized, we do not have a confirmed ship date. We will not provide a delivery estimate we can't stand behind. Reservers will be notified by email as soon as timing is confirmed, and before any product ships or any balance is charged.

When the product is ready. Once we launch, reservers will be the first to know and will receive instructions to complete their order, including their exclusive 25% discount. Shipping details, costs, and timeframes will be provided at that time.

Live animals. Our kits include live beetles. When we begin shipping, animals will be shipped using methods appropriate for their safe transport, and full care and delivery details will be shared before your order ships.
