Reservation Refund Policy

Petlings is currently accepting $1 reservations for products that are in active development. Please read these terms carefully before reserving.

Your reservation is fully refundable. The $1 reservation fee can be refunded at any time, for any reason, with no questions asked. Just contact us at [starr@faunahabitats.com] and we'll return it.

Reservers get 25% off at launch. As a thank-you for reserving early, you'll receive an exclusive 25% discount when the product becomes available for purchase.

No purchase obligation. Reserving does not commit you to buy. When the product is ready, you'll be notified and can choose whether to complete your order. You will never be charged more than the $1 reservation fee without your explicit action.

If we don't move forward. This product is in development, and there is a chance it does not reach production. If we decide not to launch the product, every reservation will be refunded in full automatically — you don't need to do anything.

How to request a refund. Email us at [starr@faunahabitats.com] with the email address you used to reserve. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
